Group Fitness Class

60-minute Coach-Led Functional Fitness Class. Some workouts emphasize cardio, some emphasize strength, but all are FUN and CHALLENGING! You will improve your strength, stamina, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, speed, balance, agility, and power.

Seniors Fitness

Three Coach-Led Group Functional Fitness Classes Per Week. Our programming specifically targets the needs of our senior members: Strength, Balance, Endurance, Spinal Health, Flexibility, and Safe Efficient Movement

OPEN GYM

Do your own thing or use our Body Composition and Conditioning Programming – We provide the programming (30-60 minute workouts to fit your schedule) to be done on you own during any Open Gym time.
