I was introduced to CrossFit 2311 by my good friend Abbie Wilkins, who had been a member for quite some time. My first impression was that this looked way too hard for me to do. Now that I have been CrossFitting for a bit, I realize that I CAN do this! I scale when needed and keep pushing myself. Right now I am working hard on pull-ups. We do a lot of them and I want to do regular or kipping pull-ups consistenly. So far, my greatest achievement is a 125# front squat PR! My favorite CrossFit 2311 memory was an awesome, incredibly hard Deck of Cards WOD! Kinda loved it…
