One of my biggest struggles was finding the motivation to actually go to the gym. I really don’t like going to the gym alone, and all the massive guys really intimidate me. At CrossFit 2311, everyone was so nice and I didn’t feel intimidated! One of my biggest frustrations was being unsatisfied with how my body looked/ felt and wanting to get into a healthy and active life style but not really knowing how.

I honestly didn’t feel like there was much of a chance for me to change my habits and I had accepted that I’d never reach my fitness goals. I just felt incapable.  Now

I realize healthy doesn’t have a specific size/shape like on a cover of a magazine. I can now do things I never thought I could do (like climb a rope to the ceiling) which has created a wealth of positivity that gives me a can-do attitude for the other aspects of my life.

I regularly eat better and I really can tell a difference from my previous eating habits. I’m overall more positive and happier.
